Returns

1. Prior to shipment, we test each light and battery pack to make sure what you will receive will be to your satisfaction. Within 7 days from the date of your original purchase (not including shipping time), if you are not happy with your purchase and it is still in new condition, please notify us at returns@traversecitymall.com, describe in the email the nature of your return, and we will either refund your purchase or replace, at our discretion. If this item is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered used and we will not issue a refund or replacement. There are NO EXCEPTIONS! We will email you with an RMA number and shipping instructions.

2. Warranties - Within 1 year from the date of your original purchase, we will repair or replace, at our option, any products excluding battery packs, and o-rings, which are deemed defective in workmanship or materials. This includes all bike lights, watches, and power towers. If they are found to be defective, and have not been modified, damaged or misused, please email us at returns@traversecitymall.com with a description of the problem for a RMA number and shipping instructions.

3. All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging, and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number.
