Shipping

We will do our best to ship your order within 2 days after receipt (excluding weekends and holidays). You should have your order within several days. Orders within Michigan are typically received by our customers the next day, further out just a couple of days. Our shipping time has extended to 2 days so that we are able to charge every battery, plug it to the light you are purchasing, run it on high until it drains the battery to make sure you get the length of time we state that it will stay lit, then the battery is charged again and tested to make sure it took a full charge. Then it is carefully packed in bubble wrap and foam to travel to your door. If you receive a package that has been damaged by USPS or UPS, please address any damaged container promptly with them and file a claim. Keep all documentation you receive from them to substantiate your claim.
